1. Management

The websites www.Greenixx.eu, www.Greenixx.nl, www.Greenixx.be, www.Greenixxnederland.com and www.Greenixxnederland.nl (continued Greenixx) are managed by Nemeco BV. Greenixx is a trade name of Nemeco BV. The contact details can be found here.

2. Visitor data

2a Some data resulting from one or more visits to Greenixx is stored permanently, but anonymously. The data will therefore never be traceable to a person or organization.

2b Greenixx ensures proper protection of the stored data. Greenixx can use the data provided by the customer for, among other things, the following purposes.

The Privacy Policy for Customers is a supplement to the Privacy Policy for Visitors and applies to anyone who places an order with Greenixx.

1. Data provided by the customer

Greenixx can use the data provided by the customer for the following purposes:

1a Processing the order.

1b Sending one or more e-mails that relate to the order, such as, but not limited to, an e-mail containing login details.

1c The (occasional) promotion of a product, tip, usefulness, etc., which Greenixx believes can contribute to a more successful website for the customer.
2. Provide data to third parties

Data provided to Greenixx by the customer will never be passed on to third parties. However, there are an exception to this rule:

2a When a court order has been issued to provide data.
3. Security

The data provided by the customer to Greenixx is stored in a secure environment.
4. Adjustment of customer data

The customer has the option to change the information provided at any time. In such a case, Greenixx may ask the customer to pass on the change in a manner prescribed by Greenixx and in some cases identification may be required.
