Shippingterms

Delivery will in principle take place within the specified period, which can be seen on the product page. In the unlikely event that something is out of stock, we will let you know immediately. The order will be sent after payment with our partner DPD. So that your products are delivered with the greatest care.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs vary per product weight. You will find the shipping costs of the product in your shopping cart.

Delivery & Delivery address

During the order of your product (in the shopping cart) you have the option to give the product a different delivery address. You can have your orders delivered to a collection point, at work or as a gift to family or a close friend.

Delivery dates

For delivery we work with our partner DPD. The orders are therefore sent once a day. You will receive a Track and Trace code from DPD whereby the product can be followed.

Not at home

The package must be signed for. You will be notified in advance by DPD when they will deliver the shipment to you.

Exchange or return

You have 14 days to indicate that you want to return. The item is in the original packaging and is unused. Please note: you must pay the shipping costs for the return.
